That quote is from a recent Warner Service customer, and we have great news: They’re not the only ones who are pleased with our high quality of HVAC and plumbing service. Our techs' top-notch experience, understanding, and attitude over almost 8 decades have led us to some stellar results. Here are a few statistics on how we’re doing based on responses from more than 170 satisfaction surveys:
- 96 percent said that the Warner Service technician arrived on time. That means we stick to our schedule, so you can go about your day worry-free.
- Almost 95 percent said that the work was performed “excellent” or “good.” Because we strive to produce quality every single time.
- Almost 100 percent said that the employee’s appearance was “neat” or “clean,” and our employee’s attitude was “pleasant” or “courteous.”
- 98 percent said the service technician cleaned the work area, which means your home or business will be up and running in no time.
- 87 percent said they would “definitely recommend Warner Service to others.”
- 97 percent said they were “satisfied with your Warner Service experience," and we want nothing more than our customers to be happy.
