Barry is our general manager. After a tour in the U. S. Air Force, he returned to the area and continued his career as a service technician in the D.C./Baltimore area. Since 1987, he has performed many different industry roles, working his way to his current position. He belongs to many professional HVAC organizations and holds a MD Masters license as well as the N.A.T.E. certification. Barry is very active in the local community as a volunteer firefighter/EMT as well as a member of the local Elks and American Legion. He enjoys any family activities, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Jason is our commercial accounts manager since October of 2016. He has been working in the HVAC industry since he was 20 years old. After obtaining his Universal CFC Certification and MD Apprentice license, he became a residential and light commercial HVAC service technician. He went on to earn his MD Master license while working as an HVAC mechanic/Engineering technician in the Frederick area. Jason is a married father of two and loves to spend time with his family. He is an avid runner and has completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons.
Josh is our Service Manager. He started with Warner Service as an apprentice in 2004, while attending Brunswick High School. He served as an HVAC technician for eight years and has been working in the industry for 14 years. Josh has received training from Associated Builders and Contractors and holds an HVAC Journeyman’s License. He also currently holds Type I and II CFC
Ron is our newest member of the Warner Service team. He has been working in plumbing since he was 21 years old and earned his Master plumbing license in 2008. Ron has worked residential, commercial, maintenance and service plumbing. In the Thurmont community, he volunteers his time on the Thurmont Little League Board of Directors and CYA Football and Cheerleading staff. He is known as the "Concessions King". Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, watching the kids play sports and tie dyeing anything he can get his hands on.
