Josh is our President. He manages and oversees the service operations of the service department. He assists in building sustainable HVAC and Plumbing value through education, innovation, and integrity. He started with Warner Service as an apprentice in 2004 while attending Brunswick High School. He served as an HVAC technician for eight years and has been working in the industry for 15 years. Josh has received training from Associated Builders and Contractors and holds an HVAC Journeyman's License through the State of Maryland. He also has received expert HVAC training on a wide range of products and installation best practices. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and his family.
Commercial Account Manager
Jason is our commercial accounts manager since October of 2016. He has been working in the HVAC industry since he was 20 years old. After obtaining his Universal CFC Certification and MD Apprentice license, he became a residential and light commercial HVAC service technician. He went on to earn his MD Master license while working as an HVAC mechanic/Engineering technician in the Frederick area. Jason is a married father of two and loves to spend time with his family. He is an avid runner and has completed multiple marathons and ultramarathons.
Ron has been working in plumbing since he was 21 years old and earned his Master Plumbing license in 2008. He has worked in residential, commercial, maintenance, and service plumbing. In the Thurmont community, he volunteers his time on the Thurmont Little League Board of Directors and CYA football and cheerleading staff. He is known as the "Concessions King." Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, watching the kids play sports, and tie-dyeing anything he can get his hands on.
Residential Comfort Consultant
Steven started in the HVAC industry in 2005, at the age of 16. He attended Lincoln College of Technology in Columbia, MD, and completed their HVAC/R course, also obtaining his Universal CFC license. He worked for a residential oil company, before moving to Florida in 2009, where he worked as a residential installer and technician. He has since moved back to Maryland to be closer to his family. Since 2013, he has enjoyed working as a residential comfort specialist. Steven is married and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, and their 2 dogs.
