Barry is our general manager. After a tour in the U. S. Air Force, he returned to the area and continued his career as a service technician in the D.C./Baltimore area. Since 1987, he has performed many different industry roles, working his way to his current position. He belongs to many professional HVAC organizations and holds a MD Masters license as well as the N.A.T.E. certification. Barry is very active in the local community as a volunteer firefighter/EMT as well as a member of the local Elks and American Legion. He enjoys any family activities, camping, hunting, and fishing.
Joe is our service manager. He has been a dedicated member of the Warner family since 1993. During his 23 years with Warner, he has advanced from an apprentice to service technician and installation coordinator. Joe received four years of training with Associated Builders and Contractors and holds Universal EPA and Journeyman HVACR licenses. He was born in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Washington County, Maryland, his entire life, graduating from Boonsboro High School.
Jason is our commercial accounts manager and the newest member of the Warner Service team. He has been working in the HVAC industry since he was 20 years old. After obtaining his Universal CFC Certification, he became a residential and light commercial HVAC service technician and worked as an HVAC mechanic and engineering technician in Frederick for seven years. Jason is a married father of two and loves to spend time with his family. He's an avid runner, finishing half marathons, two marathons, and an ultramarathon. He volunteers as an assistant coach for a children's cross county program.
Matthew Brunner is one of our residential comfort consultants. He has been a team member for six years. Matthew first joined the HVAC and plumbing industry 14 years ago at 19 years old. Matthew worked as a systems installer for five years before deciding to focus his career on the technical aspects of the industry. Matthew holds certifications in refrigeration and N.A.T.E, and he’s received technical training on Trane, Rheem, and Mitsubishi products. Matthew is a lifelong Frederick resident. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, as well as drag racing, riding ATVs, and other outdoor activities.
Josh is our installation coordinator. He started with Warner Service as an apprentice in 2004, while attending Brunswick High School. He served as an HVAC technician for eight years and has been working in the industry for 13 years. Josh has received training from Associated Builders and Contractors and holds an HVAC Journeyman’s License. He also currently holds Type I and II CFC licenses, and has received expert training on a wide range of products and installation best practices. Josh is an active member of the Brunswick Little League and coaches the 9-12 Brunswick Cubs, which is the Little League program he played for as a kid 21 years ago. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, doing outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, camping, and coaching baseball.
